INDIA - HIMALAYAN IYENGAR YOGA CENTRE
For many years since 2012 - between December to March, I was based at HIYC's Yoga Centre in Arambol, Goa. Occasionally between May and September, you would me up in the Himalayas at the Dharamkot centre. Here special 5-day Yoga courses are taught to new and continuing students in the Iyengar method interpretated by Sharat Arora. The practice is novel in approach, anchored in the principles of Vipassana meditation and Iyengar Yoga. The method inspires the balance between Action and Non-Action in asana and going deep within to experience silence. I am delighted to collaborate with Sharat on a 6 Day Intensive Retreat in Spain in August 9-16, 2025.

SOUTH AFRICA - CAPE TOWN
When I am visiting my immediate family back home, I often teach in the special place where I found my teaching voice. I spent many happy years teaching at popular studios like Yoga Life, Hot Dog Yoga, GoYogah, The Shala, Hot Pod Yoga and more. on occasion you would find me on the other side of table mountain teaching in Kommetjie and Yogawithin in Noordhoek, which I would advertise locally when I am in there. I offer private individual / group classes as well as massage – contact me directly for this.
FESTIVALS
During the Summer months, I like to attend festivals in Europe. Many of these are focused on Free Conscious Dance (a great passion of mine), and I offer morning yoga classes when invited to do so. Often these Dance Festivals pull me towards India and Thailand between January and March. In 2018 I taught yoga classes at the Thailand Contact Improvisation Festival in Koh Phangan.

DESERT YOGA
For several years I used to gift Yoga and massage at the Afrika Burn Festival in South Africa and in 2017 I spent 2 weeks gifting healing classes at the Burning Man Festival in the USA.

SPAIN - SURYALILA YOGA RETREAT CENTRE
Since September 2018 till present, - I have spent time teaching Yoga and volunteering at Suryalila Yoga Retreat Centre in the South of Spain near Seville. I have taught as an independent teacher for monthly periods when I was visiting the region, hosted retreats and been transformative bodywork there.
I am now living in the closest village to Suryalila resort and working as a masseuse and Yoga teacher part time. I continue to bring groups as an external retreat leader to Suryalila. I have 5 retreats scheduled for 2025: -

I am currently based living and teaching in the south of Spain.
