Come and join Michelle in this co-creation of movement, dance, shaking, yoga, Wim Hoff breath work an ice bath and ending off with tea and treats!!
Michelle will be traveling to Wexford for the Full Moon weekend end of July to meet up with good, like minded conscious friends to collaborate and join thier passion and skill set to create a special Friday night event. Liam & Niamh and their family have constructed a Geometric Dome as well as create a magical Secret Garden area where all the fun will take place.
