Join us in this 3 hour special workshop where we will explore many different inverted postures. Using props such as chairs, blankets, bolsters and blocks allow one to remain in the poses for long periods of time in a safe, comfortable and stable manner and really experience the benefits of going upside down.
Inverting has many physical , energetic and emotional benefits. It helps with removing tension in the neck and shoulder areas, and massages the internal organs. It helps us to overcome our fears and see things with a fresh outlook, as well as being very awakening and energetic.
Come have some fun, learn to relax upside down and see the world with fresh childlike eyes! We will do active inversions such as Handstands as well as restorative variations of supported Shoulder Stand and Halasana!
